Not the Cheese!

Proving that ignorance is indeed bliss, Good Magazine takes on the carbon footprints of our most beloved sources of protein. The true shocker? Cheese is the number three offender. #travesty

That said, my neighbor, owner of Mission Cheese, made the (hopefully) reasonable argument that perhaps this statistic pertains to the more mass-produced cheeses and not your local, artisanal cheeses.
